Three plans, billed yearly in US dollars, each with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Every plan includes every repair and recovery tool, the rescue USB and the in-Windows app — the plans differ in how many PCs they cover.

Everything in Individual, for up to five PCs in one household. This is the plan most households want, because the machine that breaks is rarely the one you were thinking of.
Technician — $399.99/year
Everything in Family, for unlimited PCs you service for other people, with priority support. For repair shops and IT professionals. At our own shop rate this pays for itself against a couple of jobs.

- All fix-it guides. Free guides explain the options and risks, with manual steps where appropriate.
- The diagnosis in Rescue. Download it without a licence and it tells you what's wrong — and anything it couldn't check — before you decide to buy. A licence unlocks the repairs.
Questions people ask before buying
What happens when the year is up?
An existing full-feature rescue USB remains available for emergency rescue after expiry. Paid features in live Windows have separate licence requirements.
Do I need a working computer to use it?
You need a working computer — any one — to download Rescue and write the USB, plus a stick of 8 GB or more. The broken machine then boots from that USB.
Will it get my programs back?
When Rescue repairs Windows in place, your programs stay installed, along with your files and accounts. If Windows has to be rebuilt, your files are kept but the new Windows has a fresh registry, so programs need reinstalling; Rescue gives you the list of what was installed. The rebuild guide explains the difference in full.
How do I get my licence?
Your licence key arrives by email within a few minutes of checkout. Enter it in Rescue to unlock the repairs. Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
What if it doesn't fix my PC?
Email us within 30 days for a full refund — see terms and refunds. If the evidence points to hardware, that is a repair-shop job rather than a software one.
